Mama Doha’s

Once upon a time a Minnesota girl met an Egyptian boy and fell in love. While learning the art of making Egyptian food under the tutelage of her mother-in-law, affectionately known as Mama Doha, they realized that the food was too good not to share. Thus, the idea of Mama Doha’s was born.

We start with fresh fruits and vegetables that we juice, shred, or zest by hand for a fresh taste you can’t find anywhere else. These time-tested recipes, learned at the hands of Mama Doha’s own grandmother, bring you a small piece of the heritage of Egypt in every jar.

Mama Doha will donate 25 cents per jar sold to MiNNBOX to the Water and Livelihood Development for Somaliland and Puntland, a program that assists pastoralists and agro-pastoralists affected by recurrent drought through water development interventions and education to promote sustainable farming and livestock practices.
