POCKET Farm is an urban, small-scale (pocket-sized) organic farm that specializes in growing microgreens (the small but mighty young seedlings of vegetables). Emily is the Microgreen Maven at Pocket Farm. Her passion is bringing joy to people’s lives in the form of nutritious, delicious and beautiful edible experiences.
With her unique, do-it-yourself microgreen kits, Emily inspires other’s to embrace the art of growing food by participating in the process from seeding — to nurturing — to harvesting — to enjoying. With Pocket Farm, she hopes to inspire others to slow down, eat good food and take joy in the beautiful details of life. Emily’s products are organically-grown on her small-scale urban farm in the heart of Duluth, MN.
From its inception, Pocket Farm has been committed to leaving a positive impact on the environment. That’s why Emily made her first deliveries by bicycle and continues to deliver by bicycle whenever possible.
Pocket Farm microgreens are grown organically according to the National Organic standards.
